Orders,
SHIPPING
We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed at yohanabeautysalon.com will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by FedEx Standard Ground and will arrive within 4–6 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Orders shipping to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by FedEx SmartPost arriving within 5-8 business days. We cannot express ship to a P.O. Box.

Orders to APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by FedEx SmartPost. We cannot express ship to APO or FPO.

Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but is shipped faster.

Express shipments will arrive within 1–4 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via FedEx. Express orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will not be processed until the following Monday.
YOUR ORDER

When you provide a valid email address with your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted and also when it has been shipped. Additionally, you will receive an email notification if there are any cancellations to your order. If an item is out of stock, you can always go to the shop.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a FedEx tracking number and link so you can easily track your order status. Your FedEx tracking information will be emailed as soon as possible.

CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDERS

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your Shopping Bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, it immediately goes to the warehouse to be fulfilled to ensure a quick delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. However, you may not return any item.
